Brooke Meadows HOA Board

On June 2, 2015 the Brooke Meadows Board met and discussion by the members determined that another email with the rules of the pool would be sent to the community.  The hours of the pool are 7:00am - 10:00pm.    As soon as the best price is determined, some new furniture will be bought for the pool.

The board voted to send notification to persons in community late on fees a reminder by email that they need to remit their payments.  The board agreed to ask Zach Edlin to  supervise our website for the community.  Mr. Councilman will ask Duke Power to change lights on the streets to help us save money.  This passed with a 4 to 1 vote.

Three items were tabled for discussion at the next meeting ---  new management company to save money, upgrading tennis courts, and repairing parking lot.

The meeting was adjourned.

June 15, 2015

On June 15, 2015 the Brooke Meadows Board met for a short meeting to decide how to collect dues and assessment fees not being paid.  A motion was made and seconded to turn over to foreclosure if the following conditions were not met.  The conditions  are that people would be given time ( week or two) to suggest a payment plan that they could pay and if that was not acceptable to the families then it would be immediately turned over to foreclosure.

The board voted to buy signs for the pool and new tables with attached seating.   A motion was made and seconded to refund deposit money made for clubhouse use if the clubhouse property owner kept the clubhouse in good condition.

The meeting was adjourned.
