Brooke Meadows Homeowner Association is a non-profit corporation. Association membership is automatic when you purchase a lot or home within the development. The Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas owned by the HOA and to providing architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions of the Declaration.

Architectural Committee Duties and Responsibilities:
- To facilitate the flow through of the Architectural Request process in a timely manner.
- To discuss with homeowners the requirements for an Architectural Request upon request.
- To ensure Architectural Requests are in compliance with our governing documents.
- To work towards increased property values in the community by educating and encouraging owners in the community to keep their properties well maintained and in compliance with the covenants.
- Notify Prestige Management Group through their emergency contact of any maintenance needs such as irrigation issues, or other emergency type repairs that require immediate attention after hours.
- Report committee activity/upcoming events to the Board in a timely manner.
- Report landscape/architectural activities to the HOA Board.
Social Committee

Functions/Responsibilities:
- Foster a cohesive community by organizing fun, interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other.
- Brainstorm ideas for association social events & plan events for the year in advance.
- Create an annual budget with an estimated cost for each actual event.
- For each event, create an itemized budget to be approved by the HOA Board before any spending takes place.
- All activities which HOA funds go toward will be all inclusive of the community members. Examples: Easter egg hunts, 4th of July Parade, Fall Festival, Thanksgiving parade, back-to-school party, visit with Santa, and ice cream socials.
- Events for specific groups can not involve HOA funds. Some examples are: Ladies/men’s night out, Mom’s playgroups/babysitting co-op and card clubs.
- Report social activities to the HOA Board.
- Welcome (or Hospitality) to new neighbors will be a Social sub-committee responsibility.
